Applying bandaid fixes to Hedera are not the same thing as finding a permanent solution. All the fixes you have highlighted fall apart in a distributed system + economics scenario. There are two different dimensions and cannot solve for each other. It is like trying to reach from A to B faster by jumping higher and higher in one place.

One talks about scalability and security for a working solution only.

So, comparing TrustChain to Hedera can be done only when both are proven to work correctly! :D
